Anyone parked here and had any issues with the App not taking payment?
I have used the service once before - no problem.
9th May 2024 around 21:10 hours I tried it again but the APP would not complete the payment , no error messages, just kept buffering.

9th May 2024 around 21:10 hours I tried it again but the APP would not complete the payment , no error messages, just kept buffering.
I tried repeatedly even having left the premises until just after midnight the next day.
Received the PCN a week later and challenged it providing proof (screenshots) of the buffering APP and also having approved the payment from my banking APP in their favour. Which evidences my device working. (And the fact that I used their service successfully before).

The independent appeals service deduced my device must have a fault and dismissed the appeal. 🤦🏽♂️

Ignore the debt collector letters and wait for a Letter of Claim. The Newbies/FAQ thread tells you exactly what to do and when.2

Just ignore the £170 threatograms. Do not respond until LBC stage (unless you move house which of course you must tell them).
