GE Capital Woodchester

I am new to this forum so please bear with me !
I had a car loan (through a Dealership) from above named, in 2004 and I note that they are no longer operating. I have looked at website and baffled as to how/who to contact re a potential claim ? any advice will be greatly accepted !

Claim for what? PPI claims are pretty much done and dusted.

It's Santander Consumer that took over GE.

I recently emailed them about GE Woodchester but they wanted agreement number. I can't find that now so will need to look further for it.

    Hope that helps.

If it is insurance (which is what this section of the board is about) then the complaint doesn't go to the lender in most cases.  It goes to the dealer.   However, 2004 pre-dates insurance regulation.

Are you intending this to be a complaint about Discretionary Commission? If so your thread needs moving to the DCA section rather than PPI and your agreement predates the 2007 cut off that the FCA is looking at.
