Business Bank Accounts having personal names

Has anyone else experienced their business bank changing their account name to their personal name instead of their grading as business name? I have 5 small businesses each with a separate account with Tide. They have recently changed them all to my name from the Trading As name, so I can't tell the difference between them. Absolutely ridiculous change. Starling say they do not do this, can anyone confirm this?
