Energy providers No current Credit Balances.

Noticed SP reporting via EX cra report.
Is there any reason why current in Credit Balance isn't reported as showing Zero.

Your post is a little difficult to understand.  But in general, positive balances aren't shown on CRA reports - since, by definition, you don't owe anything, so it's nothing to do with credit.  Similar to how a current account will show zero even if you've got a million quid saved in there - the only thing that gets shown on a credit report is if you're using the overdraft.

It is short text though one energy provider one credit agency report.
Thanks for answering why non OD Credit Balances aren't reported.
