Had a fraudulent transaction on my starling account 3 weeks ago.
They stopped the card, sent new one there and then.
Got my money back after 5 days.
The starling card had never left the house, was only ever used 5 times on PayPal for USA purchases.
To only time I’d ever read the numbers out was to switch to Nationwide as their online system was not accepting last 5 digits.
    Their rep did it manually.
    Fraud that same day.
Makes you wonder does it not.

Paul Lewis of R4 Moneybox has been advising to avoid Revolut for many years.  They aren't a recognised UK bank so you may not get the protections for fraud refund you were expecting.

I did mark it as fraudulent and then blocked any future payments to Metapay. What Revolut are saying now is that by unblocking my card i marked the payments as recognised. Really not sure how that works.

I had made a formal complaint and the reply from that states that all of the payments are subscriptions. Id love to know what subscriptions take multiple payments of $200, $100, $50 and $10 all on the same day.

    Game playing @ a guess.

If you marked it as fraud, Then as per Revolut link that stops the card. So you would not have been able to unblock card. As once a card is stopped for fraud. There is no going back.
