• The competition closes at midnight on 2 July 2024. 
• Once notified, the winner will be contacted by email and will have 48 hours to respond to claim their prize, otherwise another winner will be selected.
• There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred.
• Prize includes a stay for up to 4 people in a canvas tent for EITHER 5-8 August, 12-15 August or 19-21 August. If the winner is unable to make the aforementioned dates, there will be an opportunity to exchange their prize for a 3-night weekend family camping stay for 4 at Wild Canvas worth up to £480, including a camping pitch (winner to supply own tent), between 25 July - 21 August, subject to availability and at the discretion of the Wild Canvas organisers.
  
• Car parking is 120 - 750m from the camping pitches.
• Food offerings are limited on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Because of local livestock, dogs are not permitted on the campsite.
