Did not receive court documents

I recently found out that the energy supplier at my old address has put a CCJ against me but I never received any court documents, they were sent to my old address.
When I moved address in March 2023 I advised the energy company of my move-out date and my new address via their app. I also sent multiple emails advising I have moved (Not stating my new address) and asking to set up a pay plan as I was still getting billed for a property I did not live at.
Fast forward a few months I get contacted by solicitors via email on behalf of the Energy provider about the debt, advising me they have sent documents to my old address.
I replied and asked to set up a payment plan for my debt and made an offer of monthly payment and told them I don't live at my old address.
They replied advising they would speak to their client the energy provider and get back to me. They never did.
(The person who dealt with my case no longer works there as I tried emailing them the other and got a reply they no longer work there.)
After a while, I started getting contact from another debt collection agency in regard again to debt to the same energy provider for the same address, so I thought the debt went to them and was dealing with them as the bill figure didn't add up.
Now I find out that the solicitors I first spoke to, took me to court got a CCJ on me and the DCA was chasing for debt for a year's worth of energy after I moved out of my old home.
So it was two different bills one I was not liable for, dealt with by the DCA, and the one I am liable for dealt with by the solicitors who put a CJJ on me.
What can I do about the CCJ?
I told the solicitors I don't live at my old address and made an offer of payment should they not of tried to contact me again via email before sending court documents to an old address.
I have tried calling the attorneys, emailing them, and requesting callbacks but can't get to speak to anyone.
Raised the issue with the energy company and they won't help either
