Got it - I've just followed the MCOL and completed the AOS.
Now for the defence. Any tips based on the above thread would be much appreciated.1 -
Where on the sign does it say you have to register on a tablet?!
Please show us the actual particulars of claim.

This isn't pre-tribunal and it isn't a tribunal. Just use the Template Defence.
And please edit your thread title to name the PPC and solicitor firm plus the word 'Claim'

What is the date of issue of the claim form? Looks like you can use the standard defence template that includes Chan & Akande due to no breach pleaded.

it’s the 12th May and then the AOS added

Alleged Breach not pleaded, so use the Chan and Akande defence template

It's linked twice in the Template Defence thread, so pleeeease don't ask us to link or check it. No facts need adding.

With an issue date of 12/05/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS before or on 31/05/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 15/06/26
3 -
Nope none of that because no breach has been pleaded.
