UK business bank account for foreighn-owned UK company.

We have a small UK LTD company which manages a UK property for letting.
The owner/directors are my children - both UK and Italian citizens, and resident in Italy
I am a further director - UK citizen and resident in Italy
My sister is a further director - UK citizen and resident in the UK.
We have just been debanked by Cashplus - we don't know why.
Which UK bank will let us open a business account?
If "none", how is this possible - a legitimate UK company cannot operate...

Would be better for your UK based sister to talk to some banks on the situation & if they can help.

Only cashplus could explain why. But possible due to several people being liable for taxes in more than one country.

This webpage suggests non-resident directors find it more difficult to get accounts because of the increased difficulty of verifying ID and credit history. Which is maybe why Cashplus terminated your account.
