Hello, I would like to know the best travel insurance possible for travel in Asia/ Egypt. Myself and 2 teens for 3.5 weeks. I don’t want any issues so would be happy to buy the best not necessarily the cheaper.

You will have to decide what cover is important to you and read the policies (not just the summaries) so that you know what cover you are buying. There is no such thing as "best" since different people have different expectations.
Once you have a shortlist, go to a review site and read some comments to get an idea of what kind of customer service you can expect if you need to make a claim.0
