3. PRIZE
3.1. One (1) participant whose entry is selected at random (the “winner”) will receive (i) one (1)
pair of standard seated tickets to the Artist’s show “Ed Sheeran: +-=÷x Tour SANTA CRUZ
DE TENERIFE” at the Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez López venue, Tenerife, Spain, on 29
June 2024 (Estimated Value: EUR 200.00); (ii) one (1) pair of international economy class
return flights for the winner and their guest to travel, subject to clause 3.3 below, to Tenerife
on 27 June 2024 and returning 1 July 2024 (Estimated Value dependent on territory and
subject to a cap of: EUR 3,500.00); and (iii) a four (4) night hotel stay in Tenerife for two (2) in
a twin room (subject to availability) from 27 June 2024 to 1 July 2024 (Estimated Value: EUR
1,000.00). If the actual prize value is less than the estimated value stated above, winners will
not receive any remuneration to cover the difference.
3.2. The winners are solely responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically
stated in these Ts&Cs. Specifically, transport to and from the airport is not included, spending
money during the trip is not included and any additional baggage or pre-flight seat selection
required for travel is not included. The winner will also be responsible for all applicable
personal documentation (such as valid ID card and/or passport and/or visa) and taxes, if any,
relating to and/or payable in respect of the prize(s). We will not be responsible for providing
any alternative prize(s). All guests must be the greater of (i) eighteen (18); or (ii) the age of
majority in your jurisdiction of residence to take part in this Promotion.
3.3. Subject to availability, the winner may choose to fly to Tenerife from any major airport in the
following cities:
3.3.1.Brussels, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg,
Dusseldorf, Vienna, Geneva, Dublin, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Luxembourg, Oslo,
