Child Benefit - new claim how long to process?

Due to us being able to restart our CB due to the threshold increase I made a new claim on the 6th April 2024 (previously I had stopped ours due to husband's salary).
I have not heard anything and when I check online it says the claim has been completed.
I can not get through to anyone on the phone and I'm aware that we can only backdate claims for 3 months.
Is anyone else still waiting that long I'm confused as to the 'Completed' status.
