COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions: Thai brew, Amazing Thailand Views. £5000 Thailand holiday

SPONSOR: 1.1.

The Contest is sponsored by CHANG BEER UK, INTERBEV (SINGAPORE) LIMITED, and Amazing Thailand hereafter referred to as “the Sponsor”. The Contest is not aligned to Leicester City Football Club, nor is it a promotor of this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: 2.1.

The ” Thai brew, Amazing Thailand Views. £5000 Thailand holiday ” (hereafter referred to as “the Contest”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of Great Britain and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and its parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. 2.2. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The Sponsor reserves the right not to award a prize (and/ or to select an alternative winner) if the Sponsor is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible for any reason. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. It is a condition of entry that all these Official Rules are accepted as final and entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: 3.1.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: 4.1.

To enter the Contest, eligible individuals must match the Thailand locations to the correct names via the website thaibrewlocalviews.co.uk/amazingthailand 4.2. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 4.3. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

TIMINGS: 5.1.

All times listed are on British Summer Time (BST). The Competition ends on Friday 6 September. 5.2. One winner(s) will be selected, and the winner(s) will be notified by Friday 20 September. 5.3. Winners will need to respond within 24 hours of the announcement. 5.4. The winner(s) will be contacted via email. If Sponsor has not received a response from the winner on the platform entered on by the winner, the Sponsor has the right to select another winner at random from those entered during the competition period.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: 6.1.

The £5000 voucher for a Thailand holiday is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the winner. 6.2. The voucher can only be spent with Travelbag (www.travelbag.co.uk) for booking a holiday package to Thailand only. 6.3. The voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. 6.4. The voucher must be redeemed within the specified validity period, which is 12 months from the date of issuance. 6.5. Any unused portion of the voucher after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended. 6.6. The voucher holder is responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the value of the voucher, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation upgrades, meals, activities, and travel insurance. 6.7. The voucher holder must adhere to the terms and conditions of the travel agency, including any cancellation policies, booking procedures, and travel restrictions. 6.8. By redeeming the voucher, the voucher holder acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined herein. 6.9. Four runners up to the competition, also selected at random, will receive a £100 food and drink gift voucher to spend at a participating restaurant listed on thaibrewlocalviews.co.uk.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: 7.1.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 7.2. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days following the winner selection. 7.3. If the winner does not respond within five days of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. 7.4. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified time period.

PUBLICITY: 8.1.

By entering the Contest, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and any information provided on the entry form for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor may publish the winner’s details and the winning entries on its social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or a blog post.

PRIVACY: 9.1.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Chang Beer website. 9.2. By entering the Contest, you agree to receive promotional materials from the Sponsor. 9.3. Personal data will be processed and shared with third parties only for the administration of the prize draw and the supply and activation of the prizes. 9.4. The Sponsor may also use the winner’s personal data listed in clause 8 above for promotional purposes and in accordance with its privacy policy details of which can be found here: http://changbeer.com/privacy-policy/.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 10.1.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. 10.2. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules. 10.3. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 11.1.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

DISPUTES: 12.1.

Any disputes arising under or relating to these official rules or the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, without regard to conflicts of law principles. 12.2. Any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England and Wales.
