Hi MSE Community,
Thanks for reading this.
I received a council PCN over the weekend however the warden has put the vehicle Make as "Seat" when it is a "Polestar". It seems they have plenty of evidence as you can see below.
Shall I appeal or pay based on the fact they got the vehicle Make incorrect?
Copy of PCN below and evidence:

Look forward to hearing from you and thanks in advance

the warden has put the vehicle Make as "Seat" when it is a "Polestar".I bet just that was as much of an insult! Something of a price difference too!As we major on private parking tickets here, Free Traffic Legal Advice (FTLA) forum will be your best bet for council penalty charges. Register there but please note that a Hotmail address may not work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:Read the sticky 'Read this first before posting your case' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I take it the VRN is correct.
The type of vehicle would I suggest be somewhat immaterial.1
