GCTT Certified Enfoecenment Agents

Hi- my daughter got a parking notice on 4th July 2019, parking on "private land" while attending a gym session, she forgot to sign in at the reception desk- I'm from NI. Have been getting letters on and off all this time. One last week from ZZPS and one this week from the above. have been ignoring, as per great advice on here, all letters but was just wondering how long this might go on for before they stop.

    Which parking company? Some are worse than others.

    They have six years in which to bring a court claim, but debt collectors can continue to write their harmless letters for as long as they like.

    Are you saying the alleged parking event happened in NI?

    If you are in NI you can ignore this.

    I'm afraid it's a 'How long is a piece of string' question.  They won't let you know when they've given up. You just have to deal with their harmless letter drivel as it arrives - ignore, but file away for posterity. Bottom line - nothing will come of it in NI.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    If you are in NI, as Coupon says IHNORE THEM

    THIS NASTY LITTLE SCAM INDUSTRY tries to scare you and using a letter head with the WORD bailiffs when it's a NOT even been to court just shows how low life they are.

    IT'S PLAY SCHOOL STUFF and all part of the great OSNER scam, AKA ZZPS and their merry little bunch of money scammers

    GCTT Certified Enfoecenment Agents ?????

    WHAT A LOAD OF UTTER PIFFLE

    And the BPA APPROVE THIS RUBBISH. This is the OSNER scam copying WONGA

    The BPA could return to some credibilty if the kicked OSNER (ZZPS) ... OUT
    Of course they will not because the OSNER SCAM pays them a lot of money

    And if you are in NI, tell your consumer council about this WONGA style scam operation.

    BPA = ZZPS= OSNER = GCTT = ..... A MEGA MONEY SCAM
