TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Competition closes on Monday 24th June at 23:59

• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 21 and over

• The prize is not transferable

• No cash alternative
  
• The prize is for two adults. If the prize winner extends the trip, any additional costs must be covered themselves
• The prize includes two adult economy tickets from London to Washington D.C., USA – if the winner wishes to upgrade their ticket, it will be at a cost to the winner 
• The winner must travel before 15th December 2024 
• The prize is non-changeable once booked.  If changes are made, it will be at the cost of the prize winner 
• The competition is not open to staff members of the dnata Travel Group or Brand USA 
• By entering the competition, you give Travelbag permission to use your entry for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, announcing the winner’s name 
• The winner will be selected at random. Should the prize be unclaimed, or unaccepted within 48 hours of the email or Facebook/Instagram message being sent, an alternative winner will be redrawn until the prize is claimed 
• The winner must respond to the original email or Facebook/Instagram contact within 48 hours, otherwise, they will forfeit the prize. If the email or Facebook/Instagram message is returned as undelivered, an alternative winner will be chosen 
• The prize winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and travel insurance for their travel arrangements 
• Travel dates are subject to flight and hotel availability 
• Blackout dates include but are not limited to, any key US presidential activities and public holidays 
• Travel dates are at the discretion of Travelbag 
• The prize is non-changeable once booked, if changes are made, it will be at a cost to the winner 
• Travelbag reserves the right to amend the terms of the competition at any time
