Land Registry - flat no longer listed

I live in a flat which is one of four in a large Victorian House. Recently, on doing a search on the Land Registry website I noticed that there are only three flats listed.
The 4th flat seems to have been removed and it was definitely there before and the flat last changed hands about ten years ago so it's not as though it dates back years to before the Land Registry existed.
My neighbour has paperwork to prove her ownership of the flat in question but I wondered if anyone has any experience of a situation like this and what the best way would be to approach it?

Might this be something to do with the other two flats, perhaps merging the deeds and the wrong one deleted in error?
Just a thought.

Thanks for those replies.
I've searched on the website using various criteria and not found the flat in question. Have now submitted a search by map request by post with £4 cheque - very old school!0 -

Not sure if this is relevant but I rented a flat in a block of 4 flats, 42a,42b,42c and 42d. All straightforward but flat b was listed everywhere as flat B, adjacent to number 40. Caused a few issues with registering/changing utilities.0

Are you the leaseholder? Or do you rent the flat? It's not that clear.

Have you checked the freehold title? That should show the title numbers for each registered lease.1
