Now what? has anyone experienced this? other than phoning them do i know if they may still process, whether there actually has been a search and indeed will there be another?
how quickly would a new search appear on a CRA.
if i were to apply again and there had been a search already, would the fact that it was an M&S search go against me or would M&S know it was their own search?

I would contact them and get them to process it manually, no point in doing another hard search for no reason

People generally count multiple searches by the same lender as 1 if they are in a short period of time... can be just be that a decision has gone to manual review so a second query is done. M&S can see who has done the prior searches so will see that its themselves.0
