eBay items missing

Options
I saw an ad on eBay, from an international companies' official eBay shop, with a very good buy it now price for security camera with homehub as stated in the heading.

Before purchase I sent message through eBay to confirm the sale did include both the items (as combined, they were cheaper than individual elsewhere) , the reply was yes, both camera & homehub were included. So I bought 3 sets, and paid straight away. There was a 30% eBay discount here too.

Only the cameras have arrived! I'm missing the homehubs, which the cheapest I can see is £140 each if I want to buy separately.

The ad has now sold out, and for another to appear on their shop, with heading to include the word "compatible" at the end of the heading description.

My purchase history still shows without "compatible"

I'm pretty sure they now realised they goofed.

I've messaged them to complain (no reply yet), and I'm confident they're going to say they made a mistake, and they'll refund once item returned.

My question is.. Can I force them somehow to send the homebases which they confirmed were included, and I have paid for?

Thank you.

    No you can’t force them.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Unfortunately not, all you can do is open an INR case saying you have missing items. Seller then will have to provide a return label for you, and when it arrives back you will get a refund.

Did you mean SNAD?  The tracking will show parcel(s) delivered for an INR.
