Please help - WiFi set up and fire stick

Have you checked the Firestick itself for signal strength, updates and given it a Shut Down/ Restart via the menu?  This usually is the main reason for mine buffering rather than a signal issue.  Amazon also provide other tips for helping the firestick work more smoothly.

Do an actual speed test on the device and see what speed is reaching it.

Sounds to me like you have multiple firesticks all working in the building except yours?
Not sure what firesatick you have 4K?
Not sure what service you are trying to stream?

I would suggest go to the settings menu on your firestick, applications, manage installed apps find the app and use "rewind" to clear cache for said application.

Press home on remote
go back to settings

restart

should be good to go
