I do know people have issues with many pension companies, but praise where due to USS.
My OH wanted to begin drawdown from a DC pension, but has had a small DB with USS in payment for 6 years. Although we found the letter with an estimate of the LTA percent used, we couldn't locate any confirmation from when the pension went into payment (house move had intervened).
A web request for confirmation was sent via the USS website on 2nd June, and a letter with the details received today. 5 working days!
