False N215 form dates?

I was given a county court judgement in default as my previous solicitor who is the claimant served it on the wrong address so I didn't know about the claim. 

I went to my hearing to set a side the judgement but the claimant requested time to submit a witness statement. Now the claimant has provided a witness statement and I know it's all a false account of events and will be able to prove most of it.

However, I was given the CCJ in default as I didn't respond on the 29th of January 2024. I assume the claim was filed by the claimant at the beginning of the month in January 2024. In the witness statement, claimant filed a N215 form which is dated as;

1. 'What date did you serve' is 23/12/2022
2. 'The date of service' is 23/12/2022
3. 'What documents did you serve' is Sealed claim form dated 14th December 2022
4. 'I believe the that the facts stated in this certificate are true' is dated 31/08/2023

How was this N215 form served on 23/12/2022 when I assume the claim against me was filed in January 2024 according to my default CCJ in my absent? Isn't this fraud on the claimants side, or am I missing something?
