Conveyancers: Building Safety Act 2022

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has found conveyancers willing to take on purchases of a property over 5 storeys without whacking on a huge premium to cover the extra work around the Building Safety Act? I'm finding even the firms that are quoting relatively expected amounts still have whopping £1,500 additional charges buried in their small print. And trying to work out if I should just be resigned to this or if there are solicitors out there who won't add on quite so much.
