eBay GSP - Combining listings

Hope some can advise please...
I have 4 separate listings A,B,C and D. An overseas Buyer wants to purchase them, but you can't combine postage for GSP, and they'd have to be paid for and dispatched individually re Customs checks. Obviously, this increases the postage cost significantly for the Buyer.
I can wait to relist A,B,C,D as one listing with Seller Fees reduced promotion next Friday. One postage charge and 1 parcel dispatched.
But what I can't find the answer for, and I realise this may be a 'grey area', is instead...could I amend an existing listing for item A that's got reduced Seller fees applied, and change it to the one listing for A,B,C,D ? In practice, this reduces the fees eBay would get from 4 separate sales.
Appreciate any advice.

If the system allows you to change it then yes that might work. Firstly though no material changes can be made once any item has offers on it, and secondly if you increase the start price to cover the other items and change the ohotos it is likely to be flagged as a significant change to the listing and remove the FVF offer anyway. Unfortunately I haven’t found any easy way of checking whether the changes affect the offer or not
There are a lot of posts on various forums moaning that a FVF promo hasn’t been applied, which often turns out to be due to the significant changes ‘rule’.
This was put in place to stop people putting 100 holding listings up during a FVF weekend, and then adding details later. It looks like a bit added to the description, or a very minor change to,price isn’t an issue, but anecdotally more photos or a large change in price can trigger it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Appreciate the advice soolin...hadn't ever thought of the jump in selling price triggering the loss of reduced FVFs. As is always the way, someone else came along and bought the most expensive piece anyhow !!0
