WFH and mental health

I work part time for a gov dept. I have done for many years, prior to to pandemic i had days off sick due to my mental health anxiety, depression, insomnia, complex PTSD, agoraphobia and depersonalisation. I get PIP care lower rate. I used to work in a government department.
A colleague had similar problems first thing in the morning.
She was allowed to come into work later as long as she made up her hours at the end of the day.
