Chase Savings Account question

Hi,
I'm trying to transfer money for the first time from my Bank of Scotland account into my new Chase savings account. But when I put the bank name, sort code and account number into the Bank of Scotland app, it says the information doesn't match.
In the 'Company Name' field I've tried putting "Chase", "Chase Bank", "JP Morgan Chase & Co", "JP Morgan Chase Bank". But none of them seem to work. Can anyone help?

Put your own name, well at least the name the account is in. Did assume this was obvious, surprised you havent tried it, its an account to account transfer between two accounts in your own name. They know the bank from the sort code.0

With Chase, you're not paying a business account, you're paying into your own account so, as above, you need to use your own name.0

If that doesn't work send it to chase current acc then transfer to savings from there. But yes, use your name.

Why are you using the company name?
It's your name that goes in that field0 -
Thanks for your help. I put in my own name and it worked! Feeling a bit stupid!1

You don’t need to feel stupid. You just didn’t know. No fault in that. We all have moments we don’t see what seems clear to others.waterman10 said:Thanks for your help. I put in my own name and it worked! Feeling a bit stupid!6
