Barclaycard Rewards cards not ussued

Received a message in iPhone wallet to say Barclaycard Freedom Rewards Card was no longer valid. New cards should have been issued but none were sent. Rang Barclaycard and there has been a delay in issuing new cards to some customers. So left high and dry for a few days, as old Freedom Rewards cards are no longer valid and new Rewards cards are “in the post”. Anyone else in the same situation?
