Ebay haven't paid me for items sold

Ebay suspended my accout for alleged "buying activity" infingement.

I have no idea what I did wrong, and they won't tell me.

I sold some items prior to suspension.They haven't paid me out, even though they say they have.

Can I sue Ebay uk? Can I take them to the financial ombudsman?

They owe me over £2000.

Ebay are not regulated by the financial ombudsman.

Can you sue them yes...
But make sure you have exactly the right details for them.

But before going down that route, get them to prove the payments were sent.

Can you elaborate or give a better time line. Can you see the money at all when you logged in, does it show as sent to,your bank account and did you supply all your bank details, and verify them as required?

So have you also bought some items ? And maybe tried to return them ? Or have you only sold (and so were the items you sold likely to have triggered them by being counterfeit/banned items)

What does your online account show in terms of payment to you ?
