Is this a fair price for the following roofing work on an average size 2 bedroom detached bungalow in the Midlands area?
The work will take 2 days (possibly 1 and a half) and will be done by 2 men. No scaffolding is required.
Remove old ridge tiles.
Supply and install dry ridge system and new ridge tiles.
Supply and install dry verge up both sides.
New fascias and soffits supplied and installed.
New guttering installed.
Total cost - £2,750

Yes, that's a fair price. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1
