I sent the above, I had a letter of claim in October and today I got another letter saying that legal proceedings can now be issued with a final opportunity to pay the bill I don’t owe until 09/12

Getting a bit tired of these clowns, espically I just started regular treatment at hospital, will I be able to counter claim with stress caused keep chasing me for a bill I don’t owe?

Well, gee. Not even a whole working day to respond.... Just ignore these clowns until such time as you get any letters from the courts.

Whilst you can not normally claim compensation in a small claims case, you can certainly ask the judge for costs and at his/her discretion, something for the stress caused.
