  • Yes, lots, Edinburgh, Blackford Transmitter.

One of the downsides of digital transmission...
    Russia is HERE
  • We're Bilsdale/Emley Moor. It seems to be calming down now.:T

Mine has been fine, you may possibly have a poorly mounted aerial that is moving in the wind.

its the frequency - full power when analogue switches off will resolve the issue...you just gotta be patient LOL

it is, digital tv signals are on low power till the national switch over date, my transmitter is one of the last to go digital a mile half away, but i can feed off the other one 30 miles away but suffer the low power problem and its the low power that allows bad weather interference this will be a rarity when full power goes on - digital is crap anyway, well they allowed Sky to buy so much % of the subsiduary companies - bloody qango's

Sky signal gets hammered in bad weather as its transmitters are alot more than 30 miles away and they run on full power from light years away lol

I am aware that Freeview is being transmitted on low power until the switchover date/s, however that has nothing to do with " frequency ".

Most Freeview shortcomings are down to poor aerial installations, as are most Sky shortcomings down to poor dish installs.
