Prize draw terms & conditions

• The Hughes & Miele prize draw will run from the 06/06/2024 until 19/06/2024 at 11:50pm. 
• The winner will be drawn at random on the 20/06/2024. Entrants who use Facebook, X and Instagram will be counted as individual entries. This is a multi platform prize draw, with one winner selected across all platforms. Each tag must be in a separate comment to count as separate entries. This prize draw is in no way endorsed by Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. 
• The promoter of this prize draw is Hughes TV & Audio Ltd, Mobbs Way, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 3AL, (“Hughes”) a company registered in England and Wales, Company Registration Number 695682. 
• Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
• Entry is open to residents of the UK excluding Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except employees (and their families) of Hughes, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with either Hughes or the prize draw. Entrants must also be over 18. 
• The prize will be as follows: Miele HX1-CATANDOG Duoflex Cat & Dog Vacuum Cleaner - Obsidian Black. 
• The winner may be asked to visit their nearest Hughes outlet to meet a representative and be presented with their prize. Alternatively the winner will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable date for home delivery, either by Hughes or a manufacturer. 
• Please be aware of any spam/fake competition accounts. Please note that we will never ask our selected winners to provide bank details via social media or “register” for prizes they have already won. 
• The majority of prizes are delivered or available for collection within 7 working days. However, in some instances there may be a delivery or collection waiting period of up to 2-4 weeks. 
• Entrants must only enter in their own name and the promoter reserves the right to request proof. If no suitable proof is provided, the winner will forfeit the prize. 
• Prizes are as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s) from either our Facebook (Hughes.co.uk), Instagram (hughes.co.uk) or X (@HughesDirect). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions within 30 days from the winner(s) being announced, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s) up. 
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
