Gemini Parking Solutions PCN

I received a PCN for non-payment of parking (blue badge holder is free). Anyways it got to debt collector stage which I wasn't worried about but I got a call from them and they left a voicemail to call by 5pm today. Very crazy! I have no idea how they got my number - it's not online anywhere, not that I can find.

Should I be concerned? Continue to ignore? Sorry if breaking any rules, I can't see anything about phone calls

As you know, debt collectors can - and should - be ignored.

Your first sentence seems to be saying that a car park managed by Gemini Parking Solutions London Ltd offers free parking to blue badge holders. Are you sure about that? Where exactly is this car park?

    Ignore it.

They got your number from a 'soft trace' with a credit ref agency, which is allowed and leaves no trace on your credit file. Your phone number will be attached to your bank account, insurance or similar financial record.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Leyton leisure centre. Looks like online they request you to bring the badge to reception, no signs of that at the car park though (not that I remember anyways).

So the issue was not registering the blue badge at reception, leading them to believe that no standard parking payment was made by the driver . There will be signs, even if they are inadequate

Ideally you follow plan A, get the leisure centre to cancel the PCN ASAP

I did register which is the crazy (well, not surprising) part. But no concerns on my end to be honest
