eBay NAD case options..

Been a long time since I had any problems on ebay and the options seem to have changed since I last had to open a dispute..

I purchased an item from a seller that was listed as 10pcs in the title and Qty 10 in the description.
I have only received one item.
Seller has since changed the item title/description to one item at the same price.

It was a bargain for 10 of them but about 4x the price of other sellers for one!

Seller has not responded to my messages.
Additionally the item was marked as dispatched but tracking information was not added so its not showing as delivered.

If I select 'return this item' I get a long list of reasons

Obviously I don't want to pay for the return postage so which option do I choose?
Missing parts
Received wrong item
Doesn't match description

I would go with Doesnt match Description.
State your reasons, and you should be good.

I went with didn't match description.
Had to upload a photo,  not sure what the point of that was?

On submitting the case it automatically generated a return label instantly.
Seems strange that it didn't give the seller chance to respond although I'm not bothered in this case as they have ignored my messages anyway!

Send it back you will automatically be refunded once tracking states it's been received

There’s always sellers that think they can ignore a return case and it will just go away.

Once tracking shows item has been delivered either buyer will have to refund you within 2 days or else eBay will use the sellers funds and do it anyway. If seller refunds you they don’t get a strike, if eBay are forced to step in then selelr gets a warning strike that upsets their seller metrics and loses the FVFs on that sale.
