Autoglass - replaced windscreen and already need a new one

Hi,
Sorry if this is the most silliest question, I have recently replaced the whole windscreen due to a crack last year.
Unfortunately, the windscreen now has another crack which i am looking to replace
Regarding Autoglass Guarantee, what is this exactly? I am unsure whether its quality issues or just bad luck! Doubt i could claim on it but doesnt hurt to ask.

What is the cause of it cracking? If it’s due to a chip from a stone that’s been thrown up then that is one of those things.The warranty covers if there’s a fault with the windscreen or it cracks with an error due to how they fitted it. Not a crack caused by an accident out of their control.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
