Yes you can reclaim, they will look into why you left the job.  Employment on trial only applies if you worked for at least four weeks.

Employment on Trial allows you to leave a job and start claiming JSA again without this affecting your benefit (unless you’re sacked or leave because of misconduct).

You must have worked more than 16 hours a week for between 4 and 12 weeks before leaving the job.

Ok so I will be able to restart my JSA again? As I only worked for 2 days before leaving.

Ok so I will be able to restart my JSA again? As I only worked for 2 days before leaving. 

As sammyjammy stated you can reapply for JSA but they will look into why you quit your job, and then decide if under the law you had good reason for resigning.
