It may have been submitted by email, but you have not confirmed receiving the auto email reply from the CNBC in response, submitted is not the same as received, and logged.  Keep checking your MCOL claim history to make sure, daily, then weekly once its logged

Study the 12 steps carefully so that you know what to expect going forward

Thanks Gr1pr - the autoreply has been received and I will check MCOL regularly.

Coupon-mad - please could I check the reason for not sending a SAR? My mum does not currently have copies of the original letters so I would like to see these.

Its too early, it could be done later in this process, perhaps in a couple of months, so that she can truthfully say what the defence stated, no paperwork, no idea etc. she needs to be in the dark at this point in time and remain there for a while

Yep it's because it ruins her argument that the POC fail to specify anything!  So, don't ask them to specify it all.  Absolutely not.

There's a chance the local court might strike out the claim without any hearing. That would be the least stressful outcome.

If not, the claim might be discontinued.

If not, if the hearing goes ahead she'll see their evidence when you exchange WS bundles later this year (see NEWBIES thread).
