Its too early, it could be done later in this process, perhaps in a couple of months, so that she can truthfully say what the defence stated, no paperwork, no idea etc. she needs to be in the dark at this point in time and remain there for a while1

Yep it's because it ruins her argument that the POC fail to specify anything! So, don't ask them to specify it all. Absolutely not.
There's a chance the local court might strike out the claim without any hearing. That would be the least stressful outcome.
If not, the claim might be discontinued.
