LOVE ISLAND SERIES 11 ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Love Island Series 11 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via post and online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 3 June 2024.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via the App and online at 10.00am on Monday 19 August 2024. 
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 22 August 2024.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win the prize

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• Online - go to the Website to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website): 
  • Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)). 
  • Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
  • Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.
  • Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
  • Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.
  • Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

 

A single entry costs £1.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

 

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize for each of the five (5) winners consisting of a Love Island merchandise goody bag and a Boots voucher worth £1,000.

 

(i) A Love Island merchandise goody bag 

 

This element of the prize consists of a goody bag with Love Island merchandise including: 

• one (1) personalised Official Love Island Insulated Water Bottle; 
• one (1) personalised Official Love Island Waffle Knit Rob or Official Love Island Robe (as the winner’s choice and subject to availability); and 
• one (1) personalised Official Love Island Eye Mask.

 

Please note that personalisation for each product is capped at 12 characters and is available

in the following colours: blue, orange, pink and green. The personalisation will appear exactly as requested, including capitalisation.

 

The prize also includes standard delivery to each winner’s home address.

 

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant. 

 

(ii) A Boots voucher

 

This element of the prize consists of a gift card to spend in participating Boots stores and online at https://www.boots.com/ worth £1,000 (one thousand pounds) (the “Boots gift card”). The value of any monetary balance of the Boots gift card may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The Boots gift card can be used for both full and part payment however, the winner may only use up to five (5) gift cards in any one transaction, up to £500 within a 24-hour period. The Boots gift card cannot be used to purchase mobile top-up, `another gift card, prescriptions, CEWE photo stations in-store or bootsphoto.com, Boots Kitchen Appliances, Boots Opticians and Boots Hearingcare. The Boots gift card is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the last time it is used. Use of the Boots gift card is subject to the terms of Boots, which can be viewed at https://www.boots.com/gift-cards.
