I lost 1 and half pounds when weighed yesterday.I havnt had a brilliant week, Ive been snacking and eating far too much bread.I will try better next week.
Went to visit a friend last night (she recently lost her husband) and we had a chinese with all the trimmings, and chocs so I dont hold out much hope for next weigh in.
Il get on that bike every day next week.Im stressed at the moment, problems at work, no money and I have not done the 2 modules of college work that are due in next week.I just sit here on laptop wallowing in self pity.0 -
Bang on 11 st. I should be less but let's just say I've not "been" since tuesday
and no amount of hot coffee, bowls of porridge and dried fruit for brekkie or oranges have helped.

Weigh in day for me. I've only lost 1lb this week (:o) but am trying not to get too disheartened as I did have a few treats and I have been exercising lots. Total lost is now 6.5lb and I'm setting myself a target of 2lb for next week. My measurements have gone down too so maybe the 1lb isn't so bad.
start: waist = 30" belly = 38" hips = 42"
today: waist = 29.5" belly = 37" hips = 41.5"

I am feeling Much Better (ahem) and will weigh myself in the morning as I have a feeling it's a bit pointless weighing myself after stuffed peppers filled with quorn chilli.

Right weigh in today, have lost 1 1/4 pounds this week (my scales are fancy!) so ok but not brillant although i have only done my exercise bike once as i was ill Monday with that tummy bug and then still felt a bit dogdy tuesday and weds, did a ride Thursday and couldn't be bothered last night

Ate healthily all week though, haven't had a takeaway for 2 weeks now!!!
Have to get back into it this week though, want to try lose 3 pounds next week to get me down to 9 stone mark.Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
