IA's Lose the belly, bum (and debt) challenge in 2008

I've taken to weighing on a Wednesday, I forget on a Friday. Today was 10st 5 3/4lbs, that's down from 10st 10lbs last week. Not all good though, it's probably mostly because I'm still quite unwell. Still if it comes off I've then got a reason to keep it off!No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
