Ah but it can't jump up and down to a Davina McCall "Toes, lobes and fallopian tubes" exercise video.
I shall watch this thread with interest. I've already started exercising, been out for 7 hours walking this week. May build it up to a run some time in the year 2318..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I'm in on this one - I have had a life long relationship with food and my scales so have to be careful how I approach it for fear of obsession and lots of negativity.
So, rather than measure or get on the scales, I will just pledge to get fitter and more comfortable in my clothes.
(If I *was* still a diet addict, I would be saying I need to lose a stone and a half and two dress sizes, for those that want a point of reference!!)
Good luck guys......I will just finish off my Christmas chocolates and be right with you!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I would like to join too please!
I can't find a tape measure right now but i have put on 2 stone in the last 5 years (happened since been with my boyfriend!) and am now 9 stone something and a size 12 (though even the 12's are a bit tight right now!) and really want to get back to a size 8!
I was planning to lose the weight anyway but with you guys am sure it will motivate me more! Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -

Can I play too please, I can't bring myself to even measure my wobbly bits let alone record them for the world to see but I know that I am only 6lb from my highest ever weight so drastic action is needed.
I would like to lose 2 stone over the year and need to get in training for doing the Moonwalk (charity marathon distance walk for anyone that hasn't heard of it) in May
it will be a lot easier if I weigh less - believe me my knees will thank me
I did the moonwalk last year. Good luck!Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24

It's a fusion of martial arts and aerobics. Does punching, kicking, stepping around/dodging. It's very hard work and lethal if you're as uncoordinated as I am. Do it in a large room with nothing within striking distance."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
