Its Ok for you lot - at least you had the baby as an excuse! I was just plain fat! Started last March 15 stone 10 and at only 5 ft tall thats VAST (size 24!!). I lost loads with lighterlife (bad for debtbusting as it costs 66 a week & I dropped 12 wardrobes of clothes in 6 months!!) but Christmas & no excercise has put a stone on & I am DETERMINED not to put it on again! Would also like to get to the stage where I cant pick my tummy up!! When I am debt free am also going to have a boob job & this is something I am 100% sure of!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

so I will be doing - for my exercise a Walking DVD. and a walking programme.
also I have a couple of tao bo videos gathering dust if any one wants them?
