Hi I'm in too need to lose my baby bulge - trouble is they are 14,12,11 & 7 and still holding onto a stone from each of them!!
I need to lose at least 4 stone but will go for a stone at a time. Want to fit this to my "sort my life out before I'm 40 challenge" only 18 months to go.
Haven't got a tape measure or scales at the moment but sort this soon
Good luck everyoneHoping to stick to the challenge this year!!

Like Stressed Mum I have been holding onto my extra pregnancy weight for some 11 years now !
The thing that bothers me is these low cut jeans that need 'hitching up' all the time. I wishfully think it's because I have such slim hips, but no actually it's my belly pushing them down !
I don't own a set of scales, but I know I could do with shifting a stone. My fall down is grazing, and that's all I've been doing this week. In little stages whilst playing Wii (Table Tennis is awesome - but my right arm is definetely bigger than my left now !)
So I'm off the chocolate and cheese (love Brie) from 2nd January, and knocking the alcohol on the head. The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones. - Chinese Proverb
