Thank you for the clarification.at the moment AE2 had lost the contract … as in ‘ it can’t be found….

I have noticed that TPOS may take a dim view of EAs that can't provide requisite evidence such as contracts, emails, other evidence.

I’ve had to send a SUBJECT TO ACCESS REQUEST to AE1 and AE2 . AE1 emailed me to say they had been advised not to send any documents from the file ….
