Coole Swan Refund Issues

I just wondered if anyone on here I’d having issues claiming the refund for Coole Swans latest offer of money back if not satisfied?

The webpage used to claim is showing a fault so I can’t proceed and Coole Swan or the promotion team running the offer are not responding to emails regarding the fault.
I’m not the only one as I’ve spoke to several people typically on Coole Swans promotions on Facebook that are encountering similar problems.
Alternatively I’d love to hear from anyone who has had a successful claim.
