Smart Parking - Double dipping.

Hi there, I've not been on the forum for a number of years and I'm looking for the appeal proforma for the first appeal (if they still exist).
The Circ's are that my daughter has received a PCN from Smart Parking. It states that her vehicle entered a car park controlled by them @ 04.37hrs and only left @ 21.16hrs. Both are correct, other than the 21.16hrs was the following day, 41 hours later! The reason for her vehicle being was to collect/drop off parcels, which she has time/dated receipts for. They have obviously failed to view the footage, as her vehicle left the carpark within minutes of entering. She can prove that her vehicle was elsewhere (place of employment) during the infringement times. Smart are not adhering to Pofa, as the letter sent to her is dated 20 days after the incident, so are only able to pursue the driver and not the keeper. Also the letter took a further 10 days to arrive, so I wouldn't put it past them to be pre-dating their letters. Is there still first stage proforma letters that she could send to Smart to obtain a Popla code ? Thanks in advance.

Or just complain that it was a double dip and insist they find the orphan images.
Either approach will do. Search the forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
