3. It depends.
On how many PINS I already have to remember, and also what they are for, and whether the new PIN is one I have a snowball’s chance in hell of remembering. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.5 -
Personal preference I guess. I think you can change the pin once a month I'm not sure if it's changed now. I remember getting some odd ones I changed at a cash machine I think.1

I so rarely use the PIN for anything I don't change them, apps for the cards I need will show me it in emergency
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

For what it's worth, I don't really ever use my cards so it really doesn't matter what the PINs are. I usually just freeze them and leave them as default.3 -
I change them for accounts I use. For those accounts that are inactive or waiting for a switch offer I do exactly what you should not do. I write down the account details, passwords(s), card number, PIN, expiry date and CCV all in one place. I know, I know, but I still do it.1
