I was over there the other day and they are not the cheerful bunch of winners they use to be. Why is everyone banging on about how bad investing in property is in the "current" financial climate .If you have the affordability and are looking at a long term investment then there isn't a better time to do it. Maximum gain will obviously be a matter of timing but not everyone is looking to make a quick buck.
I know of several people who had serious negative equity during the last price crash who have since done very well out of their property.0 -
