St Andrews Group Plc - ASU policy

Options
I took out an accident/sickness/unemployment policy in early 2000's - I have zero paperwork apart from a direct debt reference (DD is taken out monthly by St Andrews Group Plc).
I've lived at the same address and they have never sent me any documentation - I have contacted Scottish Widows who I thought have taken the policy over but they are denying all knowledge saying I am not in their system etc - very frustrating as they are not being very helpful.
Anyone experienced similar or have contact details for St Andrews Group Plc?

St Andrews Group, now Limited not PLC, are owned by Lloyds Bank but it sits under their General Insurance arm not their Protection business (its an annual policy hence the alignment)

They look to still be active and self acting still on the basis of an ombudsman decision late last year (person did a mis-selling PPI claim then got annoyed that her friend could claim on her PPI when they both lost their jobs but she couldn't as it was cancelled as part of the mis-selling) and others up until last month

The above is their register in the FCA, it has a telephone number for general and complaints

SW have not taken over the policy.   How would you expect them to be more helpful about something they do not have?

When I originally spoke to SW they confirmed they had taken over some of these policies and asked me to provide more information which I did then never heard from them again despite repeat promises they were looking into my query and would get back to me, if they just confirmed that they did not take over these policies then I would not be pursuing them....
