Registered blind and bought unsuitable tickets frome ticketmaster but they won't refund me

I am registered blind and have this also registered on ticketmaster to enable accessibility tickets. Wanted to go see pink with my sister and niece but no accessibility tickets left so i forked out extra to get golden circle so i could see her. O find using the site extremely difficult since rhey removed the ability to phone and order tickets that way.
I did not see (way down a list) that no under 14 allowed in standing area. It was only when tickets were released with security info i that i saw the age restriction
My niece is 12 and looks younger.
Lthey said only resale tickets are peft ajd i cannot swap for resale. I have no one else who can take me.
Thrtr were no pop ups or warning or any info saying the rul3s about these tickets when i was ordered them.
Is there any way i can get a refund from ticketmaster?

When going on their website there is a banner above the diagram of the stadium which says, for London anyway,
Age Restrictions:
No Under 14s on the Pitch (Gold Circle/General Admission Standing)
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older
The different venues have slightly different restrictions so banner wording does vary a little but most have a minimum age stated for standing room.
It certainly could be clearer but it ultimately is there to be seen and as such it's unfortunate you didnt. Which venue/date are you booked? Many appear to be sold out now so reselling is a likely a viable option.0
